Anxiety- Acceptance

Hello readers,

Recently, I’ve had conversations with some of you wonderful ladies. You have become aware of your Anxiety.

This is always the first step.

You have taken that step.

To you, it may be small.

It is not.

It is a leap of faith.

Here is a little poem for you.

I would just like to point out that my posts on Anxiety are not only directed to women. Men also suffer from Anxiety. We all just suffer in different stages and ways.

This post will be the first towards acceptance.

Acceptance is always the most beautiful and therefore the most painful part of the process.

To accept that you’re beautiful, when you feel your ugliest is difficult.

To believe you are at a point in life where you are the best you can possibly be is difficult.

To love the reflection you see in the mirror seems vain. Thus, it is difficult.

To believe you are strong when your insides scream weakness seems like hell. It is difficult.

But it is not impossible.

Our mind is our greatest strength and also our greatest weakness.

Faith changes it all. Faith and love. So love the person you see in the mirror.

That is the first phase of Acceptance.

I leave you with a quote from the “40 Rules of Love”
